PAINTING

When I was 30, I attempted three oil paintings... but in frustration I gave up through lack of self confidence and know how.

In September 2009, following an inspiring visit to Monet's garden in France, I decided to give painting another try. So I joined a weekly art class. This time around I hope to overcome my limiting beliefs about my abilities and just let the child in me paint for the fun of it. I also hope to learn a new skill and in the process strengthen my spirit and the virtue of patience! Twenty nine years ago I had very little confidence and lots of patience... now I have more confidence and very little patience!
